Recognizing that a large majority of their revenue was coming from slot play, Ameristar wanted to go “all in” on slots, reorganizing their loyalty program around it and going against industry convention by redesigning the slot floor to be well-labeled and easily navigable. We needed to communicate this commitment to slots in a memorable way.
