The Creative Bullpen

Our creative team structure ensures each client gets fresh thinking from creatives with diverse levels of experience.

While most agencies still subscribe to assigned writer + designer creative teams for every client, Cannonball assigns one or two mainstay creative leads to each brand. When projects are assigned, those Creative Directors turn to our creative bullpen – a stable of Copywriters and Art Directors with a variety of backgrounds and experience levels. Depending on the project, the Creative Directors can pick the best creatives for the job, bringing the right mix of creative styles and strengths together. This guarantees that our clients aren’t getting the same old ideas over and over again – and that our creatives stay fresh and engaged.
